Can Something Really Change in 75 Minutes?
Depends on what you mean by “change.”
Will one session fix everything? No. But you’ll know within the first session if this approach works for you. The depth of change depends on consistent practice afterward.
Will you walk out completely transformed? Probably not. But you’ll walk out with clarity and a practice that works.

How This Works

Step 3: If it makes sense, I’ll send you the payment and scheduling link
Step 4: You will fill a small questionnaire so that I can tune the session as per your situation.
I screen carefully because this work requires a specific alignment- you need to be ready to understand what’s happening in your system (not just fix it), and willing to practice consistently. I’d rather turn away 10 people than schedule someone who won’t follow through
75 minutes- $100
You get a nervous system assessment, a custom protocol, and clear data on whether this works for you. This is focused diagnostic work, not open-ended coaching. From there, some people deepen it. Others take what they learn and go solo.
